The Great Myth of the Baldness Cure

The reality to it is you can’t really cure male pattern baldness; you can in essence only treat it. Keeping it at bay is the goal of many men in this country and knowing what it takes to combat this particular disfigurement is going to be a big help in the rate of your success. So do some digging and find your own baldness cure.

What Kind of Bald are You?

Knowing what kind of baldness you have is going to determine how you treat the problem and what level of success you can hope to achieve. Most men suffer from genetic hair loss, and so you have another issue you can blame your parents for. By the time you are about forty, estimates show two thirds of men who can be defined as Caucasoid have a noticeable amount of hair loss. Most of you guys actually started losing hair in your younger years, like when you hit puberty. That puts things into perspective doesn’t it, because most men associate hair loss with being old. And when you consider it is the testosterone in your body causing your baldness, and that can take some of the sting out of there not being a baldness cure on the market today. I found it interesting that eunuchs do not go bald, though studies suggest if they are injected with testosterone they lose hair in the same way a non castrated man would. So we know what is to blame, I think most men would rather the hair go that the man business. Other forms hair loss are such a small percentage of men (roughly about five percent) they are hardly worth mentioning. But if you must know, stress, thyroid disorder, certain medications, and a type of auto immune deficiency can cause it as well. But chances are, if you are reading this article, you are a genetic victim, and must attempt to thwart the damage that way.

If There is no Cure, What do we Have?

What the market offers today is a treatment for male pattern baldness, not a cure. For example, stop taking your Rogain, and your hair falls back out. There for, no baldness cure, simply baldness treatment. Find a doctor who will take your hair loss problems seriously, and they can help you find a good treatment plan to carry on with. You might not be able to cure baldness, but you can cut it off at the knees.

How do you keep the cabbage soup diet?

Diet is recommended to you for 7 days, at the end of which, unless you cheat, you lose weight between 11 and 15 pounds.

On the first day, besides cabbage soup, you are allowed to eat as many fruits as you want and to drink a lot of plain water.

Next day combine cabbage soup with vegetables and water, but be sure to avoid vegetables such as beans, peas, potatoes and corn.

The third day you are allowed both fruits and vegetables. And much soup and water of course.

The fourth day, eat 3 bananas and soup. Do not forget about water.

The fifth day you can have 28 ounces of beef or chicken with soup, water.

On the sixth day you can eat boiled rice along with the soup you have already used.

On the seventh and final day in fact you can eat fish on a grill and a lot of soup.

Weight loss tips

If you feel you lost too much weight in the first days, discontinue the diet for 2 days and then continue.

It is not good to keep this diet more than a week. If you have more than 15 pounds to lose, you can take a break for a week and start all over again.
