Can’t Find Real Online Jobs?
Not all online jobs are scams
Have you ever tried googling for something like "online jobs" - but with the word "scam" added in the search box? Chances are that you will see two things: dozens of accounts of people who feel they have been cheated by this or that employer, and as a result feel obliged to tell the world of their experiences - or possibly even more accounts from people trying to disprove all talk of scam in connection with the aforementioned online employers.
There is no doubt that the fear of being scammed is a big issue or for people looking for real online jobs. The real danger however, depends a lot on where exactly you look. Not all jobs found online are scams or dishonest in any way, in fact, most of the offers you will find are simply your average job offers - nothing else. Who says you have to do something slightly strange like stuffing envelopes or filling out surveys to make money?
Think traditionally - but work in new ways
There is still real money in real work. In other words, if you have any actual qualifications - apart from the manual dexterity required to stuffing envelope - you could actually put those qualifications to use and earn an income, but in an online environment. Once you get over all the seemingly exotic possibilities online work, you will start to see that the best way to go is to focus on more common place fields of work. Basically, anything you can do with a computer, is something you may as well be doing from home, instead of physically moving yourself to an office building across town.
Are you good at proofreading, translation, desktop layout, web graphics, secretarial work, etc? If you are, then there is nothing stopping you from doing all of these things in your home office, instead of somewhere else. Well think about it, you actually gain an element of freedom like this, not just because you can work whenever you like, but also because you can now work with whomever you like. You could live in Kansas and work for a person or company in Tokyo or somewhere else entirely. Do what you have always done, but do it in a new way.
You have to put in the hours
All the fast talk and snake oil about making thousands of dollars overnight in your sleep - is a hoax. Any and all legitimate online jobs will require you to work for your pay. This shouldn't cause you to feel bad, in fact, it should reassure you. If anyone is willing to pay you a decent wage, it should follow that they are going to want some value for their money, which means you are going to have to put in an effort. Nothing strange about that, is there?
