This is to prevent the muscle confusion so that one can feel after each change of phase. Then p90x work out has many routines included, from resistance exercises to cardio as well as yoga. <p>If you really want abs you can be proud of, you need to put yourself on a strict program that includes all the crunches, leg raises and obliques you do, but also a good amount of cardiovascular exercise to boost your caloric burn each day.  In addition to this, you need to reduce the amount of food you're eating.  When you've done all this and mixed in a fair amount of time, you'll finally start to see those abs poking through.  It's not a quick process and it's not as easy as the models on TV make it look.</p>
<p>The good news is, that cool contraption you bought off of the TV can still be used.  Most of them are not bad, but they have to be used right and in conjunction with the rest of your fitness plan.</p>
