When you make the decision to take a tattoo you make that decision with the idea that it stays on your body for the rest of your life. The truth, however, is that 10% of all people regret this decision and are opting for tattoo removal options. In this article I will give you a couple of options to remove your tattoo and write about tattoo removal cream and why it is in my opinion the best option to go with.

There are a couple of options you might consider for tattoo removal. In the following list I will give you the cons and pros about the options and consider the tattoo removal cost, the pain and other factors.

Laser Tattoo Removal
Pros: Best results to remove your tattoo.
Cons: Very expensive and painful. You pay a few hundred to a few thousand dollars for the treatment depending on the size and coloring of your tattoo.

Intense Pulse Light Therapy
Pros: Faster treatment then laser and less pain, results are similar.
Cons: More expensive than laser treatment.

Tattoo Removal Creams
Pros: Affordable, pain is like getting a tattoo.
Cons: Long recovery of your skin and no certainty of complete removal.

Make-up
Pros: Very affordable.
Cons: Your tattoo is not really gone, just invisible. Takes time to put make up on. Not a real solution.

For most people nowadays that do not have a lot of money a tattoo removal cream is the best option. It is affordable and it does not do a lot of pain. A tattoo removal cream works in three steps, the first step prepares the skin by taking the top layers off this is done by a device that scrubs the skin away. The second step is the cream that breaks down the ink in the layers beneath and the third step is the fading away of the tattoo. It takes a while for the skin regenerates itself and you can start over the process until your tattoo is as good as gone.

Some tattoo removal creams work better than others and the best thing to do is to look online for reviews and user experiences to see which cream suits you the best.

If you take a look at the magazine racks at the grocery store, you will notice that many of them have to do with bodybuilding or muscle building. Whether or not you have an interest in bodybuilding–the sport of physique competition–chances are that you would like to be more muscular than you are. It has been my experience that a happy person wants to be happier, and a muscular person wouldn’t turn down the chance to have bigger muscles.

But how do you do it? Each magazine promises that it has the secret, or the magic formula to lean mass that you simply must know. Meaning: you must buy the magazine to find out. And then, once you are reading the magazine, you will realize that they all say basically the same thing. You need to lift heavy weights and eat enough food to help the muscles grow.

The fitness industry makes its money by manufacturing an information gap between the “experts” and the novice weight trainer. They want you to believe that you cannot possibly reach your fitness goals without their advice, product, equipment, or supplements.

I have some news: there is a magic formula, it just isn’t very sexy and it will not result in immediate gratification. The easiest way to build muscle is to get stronger. If you are lifting heavier weights each time you go into the gym–or if you are lifting more total weight during a workout than in previous sessions–you will be building muscle. The body reacts to the stresses we impose upon it. Lifting weight in a given pattern like a bicep curl or a bunch press creates tissue along those lines of stress.

If you are always striving to lift more, you will always be building bigger muscles. Enjoy strength training, not size chasing. They come down to the same thing, and if you are strong, you will usually be more useful and healthy.

Lift hard, eat enough food to grow, and rest well. There you go: three magic bullets. They don’t work fast, but they work every single time you combine them in that order. Guaranteed.

Do you worry about bad breath? We all would prefer to have a clean and healthy mouth. So how come there are so many people with bad breath out there? Do they not care? Rather than not caring, I think it is just that they do not know. If you are worried about this problem then you may want to get a tongue scraper.

Before I start to talk about these oral hygiene tools I would like to mention a quick way to check what your breath smells like. Everyone knows about putting your hand up in front of your mouth and releasing some air from your mouth into it. This sort of works. If your breath stinks, you can probably tell. However what if it is just that your breath is not great, will you be able to notice?

A much more effective way to check the state of your breath is to lick the back of your hand. Then wait until this drys and smell it. As most of the bacteria that causes bad breath lives on your tongue this is an appropriate way to check your own breath.

So what should we do if the back of our hand smells bad? Firstly, do not worry. You are not the only one. The good news is that you now know you have to do something. There are so many people out there that just do not get it. Wanting to improve yourself should be a universal trait however not all of us possess it.

An appropriate oral hygiene routine involves, brushing, flossing, rinsing with a mouth wash and using a tongue cleaner. A lot of us do the first three however not all of us do the scraping. All parts are important. Assuming you are doing the brushing, flossing and using a mouth wash, all you have to do to improve the smell of your mouth is start to clean your tongue and you will be free of bad breath.

If you’ve tweaked your back recently, one thing that you can do, if you have a doctor’s approval, to protect your back while you still go to the gym and lift, is to wear a weight lifting belt.  These belts will help your back to support itself and you will be at a lesser risk for injury by wearing the belt.  But how does the belt actually work?

Lifting belts work by utilizing something known to scientists as inter-abdominal pressure.  Normally your abdomen has a certain level of pressure in it.  Normally you can increase this pressure yourself by sucking in your stomach and clenching your abs.  What happens when you wear a belt is that the back of the belt keeps your back in strict alignment and doesn’t allow it to bow out backwards.  The front of the belt meanwhile, is tightened and pushes your insides together, increasing inter-abdominal pressure.

In short, what increased inter-abdominal pressure does is it allows your spine something to rest itself against.  This means the tiny stabilizer muscles in your back don’t have to work as hard and can relax, even if it’s just ever-so-slightly.  This keeps your back in alignment and makes sure that you most likely won’t tweak it again.

However, it is important to note that a belt will not prevent all injuries.  You will still have to maintain good form while you are lifting and engage your core.  If you don’t you can still get injured even with a belt on.  Or, even if you don’t get injured with a belt on, once you attempt to lift without one on you run and extremely high chance of getting injured.

Using a weight lifting belt is a great way to help protect your back  and help present injuries to it heal faster.  However, always make sure to use it right so you don’t end up getting even more injured down the road!

I’ve had gout for almost twenty years and it wasn’t until the past four to five years that I finally got it under control.  How did I accomplish this?  I followed a friend’s advice and started eating cherries. Cherries and gout therapy have gone hand in hand for many people for a long time, but I had never really considered it until my friend mentioned trying it.  I was taking gout medication and it really was not reducing the number of gout attacks I was having so I figured why not?  Now that it’s been four to five years, why do I continue to use cherries to as one of my main gout treatments?

First of all, continue to use cherries because I believe they work.  I can say that since I began using “cherry therapy” I have significantly reduced my flare ups from two to three times a month to once to twice a year.  If you’ve ever had gout, you know that is something to get excited about.

Second, U.S. government studies at the Department of Agriculture found in 2003 that cherries can indeed reduce swelling.  The USDA was trying to confirm a study done in California.  What they found was that among test subjects, four common inflammation markers went down after the patients consumed bing cherries.  Why is this important?   The irritation of the uric acid crystals in the joints creates swelling and pain.  Reducing the swelling, reduces the pain during an attack.

Third, cherries help reduce uric acid in the body.  Since uric acid crystallization is what creates gout, reducing uric acid is vital to treating this disease.  Separate studies showed vitamin C and potassium in cherries work both to lower uric acid and also to make uric acid more easy to excrete out of the body.  Both these abilities help reduce uric acid and reduce the chance of crystallization.

I use cherries because since I began my attacks have declined dramatically.  I attribute this to their ability to not only help reduce painful swelling, but also their ability to lower uric acid that creates the swelling in the first place.  Give cherries a try.  I don’t think you’ll regret it.

Hand juicers can be very useful when it comes to juicing wheat grass. So what is the big deal about wheat grass juice anyway? This is a juice which is derived from crushing small wheat plants, which are generally 3-4 weeks of age. The juice made from them is very strong and dark in color. Since it is made from these tender shoots the good thing about this is that the juice retains all the properties of the wheat grain just before it is harvested. Besides this the chlorophyll and living enzymes that are produced by the young plant add up to its goodness.

Now you may think why not opt for an electric juice instead of a hand juicer? The answer is that cheaper electric juicers are not suitable for making this juice. A special kind of juicing mechanism is required, that you will only find on more expensive electric juicers. Since wheat grass juice is taken in small quantities (something around 30ml)  it can very well be juiced from your hand juicer only. It doesn’t take long at all – about 2 minutes to make one shot.

Furthermore, when you opt for a hand juicer over an electric juicer you save up on a lot of space. Hand juicers are of compact size and are are much easier to store. In addition, you don’t have to spend much time and effort on its cleaning. However, If you go for the electric ones then not only will you have to think of cords and power points but also of storing those big machines. Besides it’s always time consuming to clean up those big machines every time you use them.

One of the biggest advantages of the hand juicer is that it will fit well in your budget. Unlike your electric juicer, a hand juicer doesn’t have to be built around gearing mechanisms and electric motors. This means a simple and a cost friendly machine in hand.

So if you are seriously considering including anti oxidant rich wheat grass in your diet it is advisable to stick to a hand juicer. Not only its easy on the operator but also easy to store and clean.

There are many advantages of inversion chairs.  That’s why they have become more popular the last few years.  In this post, we will discuss some of these advantages, helping you to decide if an inversion chair is best for you – or if you would be better off going with a traditional inversion table.  In addition, we will points out a few disadvantages that you should also consider.

Advantages of Inversion Chairs

Along with all the other traditional advantages that come along with inversion therapy, there are a few specific advantages that you have if you decide to purchase an inversion chair vs table.  First of all, you have added stability – and this is the main reason why people purchase chairs instead of tables or gravity boots.  This stability allows people with some injuries that would normally prevent them from enjoying inversion therapy to enjoy it (obviously, please speak with your doctor before starting any such training regime).

In addition, By safely and securely strapping yourself into the chair you don’t have to worry about any stress on your ankles or ligaments – stress that can make it very uncomfortable for some people when they start inverting.  Some people never get used to this stress, and for these people an inversion chair can be very effective.

Disadvantages of Inversion Chairs

While you do gain advantages in terms of stability with inversion chairs, you do lose some in terms of mobility.   Because you are in the chair you are not able to fully stretch your ligaments and joints like you can on an inversion table.  In fact, many people find gently swinging back and forth to be a very effective way to stretch their back, legs, and ligaments.

Summary

The bottom line is that if you are a healthy person, with the ability to support yourself from your ankles, then an inversion table is probably the better way to go.  However, for all those people who have specific back problems that would prevent them from doing so, then an inversion chair can still give them many of the advantages of inversion therapy.

It is so easy to grow taller. All you have to do to grow taller is inject mesenchymal stem cells into the hyaline cartilage growth plate line. Activate some genetic expression that causes stem cells to proliferate and differentiate into chondrocytes. Preferably, you’d want to inhibit myostatin as well as myostatin is a negative regulator of stem cell proliferation and differentiation. There are anti-myostatin antibodies available for that as well as a variety of other mechanisms.

Knowing all this, why do the scientists insist that growing taller is only possible with distraction osteogenesis? Remember, it was only when distraction osteogenesis was allowed in other countries(not the U.S.) did doctors allow it to be possible.

I can prove it’s possible to grow taller on every single level. It’s possible to grow taller because it’s been shown in scientific studies that you can grow appositionally by definition! Short, irregular, and flat bones can grow appositionally in a way to increase height. Your spine is made up of irregular bones. Your hip is an irregular bone. The top of your skull is a flat bone.

Scientists have reconstructed growth plates in hyaline cartilage with stem-like cancer cells. Why haven’t scientists injected MSCs into the hyaline cartilage growth plate line?

Because the government doesn’t want you to be big. Big people cost more money. Wars are won by guns and bombs. If people got bigger it would mess up cars, equipment, and a whole bunch of different things. The costs would be astronomical. Why does the government not factor in muscle mass into it’s favored obesity scale BMI? Because the government doesn’t want you to gain muscle or anything. The government wants you to be as small as possible.

This may sound like a raving conspiracy but the government is known to make a lot of “victimless crimes” illegal like prostitution and certain drugs. It’s frustrating to be so close to growing taller but there is governmental red tape in the way.

Liposuction has been quite a popular option for people who want to contour their body in a fast and effective manner. However, there are always some nagging questions that people have before and after the operation. To answer some of these questions, below is basic Q&A:

What is the cost of liposuction?

This is one of the most commonly asked question and it is not hard to see why. Liposuction prices are not cheap and people want to get the best deals they can find before committing to an expensive purchase decision.

On average, the price of a liposuction is around USD $5,800. This number however differs greatly between countries, cities and the type of liposuction. For example, a laser liposuction in London can cost up to USD $10,000 while a similar operation done in Dallas is only priced at USD $4,000. The best way to go about researching liposuction price information is to first narrow it down to cities and then by the surgeons operating in that city.

What are the side effects of liposuction?

Liposuction requires surgery which means there will be physical injuries. One of the so-called side effects is the issue of liposuction scars. There have been reports of inexperienced surgeons causing very visible permanent scars on the bodies of their patients.  The key to avoid this is to select a surgeon who has a good track record of performing successful liposuction operations.

How long is the recovery period for liposuction?

On average, patients need about two to three days of hospitalization after the operation to see if there are any complications that arise from the operation. If nothing is found, the patient can discharged but she will still need to rest for about two weeks before being able to resume work.

I hope this will help to answer some of the basic questions that you might have for liposuction.

The skin is the largest organ of the body and its smoothness is a big factor over a person’s physical beauty. Furthermore, outer beauty is somewhat a reflection of inner beauty, based on the premise that one who takes care of her looks is most likely someone who also values personal growth and improvement. A person’s appearance plays a great influence over the way she carries herself and a blemished skin negatively affects confidence and self esteem.

However most people are concerned with the skin on the face and hands alone but it is equally important to take care of the body as a whole. Skin care should be approached holistically, an integral part of a person’s overall health. For instance, a significant factor which affects beauty is stress. The skin looks healthier and glowing when it does not contain any traces of stress.

Another basic step for beauty and health is to eat the foods necessary to bring out the natural glow of the skin. The term” balanced diet” means eating just the right amount of food and getting all the ingredients like proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, and fats into your body in the right proportions. There are certain foods that are known to be good for the skin which when taken help achieve a refreshing look. Here are the top five of these:

Low fat yogurt:
Yogurt, a dairy product that contains bacteria cultures called probiotics and that dates its origin back to centuries ago, is still a popular health food up to present. Available in various kinds, one of these is low fat yogurt which contains less than 0.5 percent butterfat, the fatty portion of the milk. These days yogurt with probiotics is very popular because of its beneficial effects on the digestive system.

Avocados:
This green fruit with a creamy texture is abundant in essential oils and B-complex vitamins that provide nourishment to your skin. Vitamin B3 which is abundant in avocados has an anti-inflammatory effect that is soothing to irritated skin.

Green tea:
It contains polyphenols that has anti-inflammatory characteristics which is very beneficial in calming blotchy and irritated skin. It also helps in removing toxins from the body, resulting to glowing skin.

Almonds:
These provide the essential oils for the skin to prevent any signs of aging and can be used to exfoliate dead skin cells.

Carrots:
These are rich in vitamins and minerals which provide a source of nourishment for the skin. When applied externally, these can cure skin problems like eczema, wounds and solar burns.
