A great abdominal section or "abs" is something everybody wants to have but few are willing to really work for. The reason they're so highly coveted is because they're so hard to get. If you could just spray on 6 pack abs, nobody would be impressed with them. I think you know the rest of this story. Within a couple of weeks, no 6 pack abs and the amazing miracle machine goes back into the closet to die a slow and boring death. What you don't see on these commercials is the fine print that says "along with a sensible nutritional program." You could get the worlds strongest abdominal muscles but never see them because they're covered in a layer of fat and you're not going to burn that fat away with 5 minutes of crunches each morning.
If you really want abs you can be proud of, you need to put yourself on a strict program that includes all the crunches, leg raises and obliques you do, but also a good amount of cardiovascular exercise to boost your caloric burn each day. In addition to this, you need to reduce the amount of food you're eating. When you've done all this and mixed in a fair amount of time, you'll finally start to see those abs poking through. It's not a quick process and it's not as easy as the models on TV make it look.
The good news is, that cool contraption you bought off of the TV can still be used. Most of them are not bad, but they have to be used right and in conjunction with the rest of your fitness plan.

Okay guys, if you were to guess what body part a woman most admires in a man, what would you answer? No, it isn't THAT body part, but something higher.
